Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· To contact you about upcoming events through our newsletters
· To provide you with more information dependent on the ways in which you have chosen to support the work PSJUK is doing
· To contact you with further information if you have provided your details for the purpose of volunteering with PSJUK

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our online database securely accessible by PSJUK authorised staff members.
We keep your contact details for a period of 1year but will contact you every 6 months to ensure that you would like your contact details to remain on our database. We will then dispose your information by securely deleting your information from our electronic database.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
